Apesar de pequena a lista de melhorias elas são significativas.
Interface do usuário: diferentes correções relacionadas ao gerenciador de arquivos e instalação autônoma.
Virtualização: correções dedicadas à virtualização aninhada em CPUs AMD.
Armazenamento: suporte adicional para a versão 3 do QCOW2 e melhor emulação IDE PCI.
Gráficos: diferentes correções para emulação VMSVGA e suporte 3D.
Host e Convidado Linux: adicionou suporte ao Kernel 5.0 e 5.1.
Convidados do Windows: problemas corrigidos relacionados aos drivers WDDM e VBoxSVGA.
Correções de segurança: esta versão de manutenção inclui "Oracle Critical Patch Updates" em abril de 2019; mais detalhes relacionados à CPU de abril de 2019.

Instalação
Para instalar você pode fazer o download do .deb aqui, ou o recomendável, adicionar o repositório da oracle ao seu sistema.
Para ter o VirtualBox 6.0 siga os passos abaixo.
Abra o terminal e de os comandos para adicionar o repositório a sua sources.list.
Log como root.
sudo -i
Adicione o espelho.
echo "deb [arch=amd64] http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian bionic contrib" > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/virtualbox.list
Adicione a chave.
wget -q https://www.virtualbox.org/download/oracle_vbox_2016.asc -O- | apt-key add - ; wget -q https://www.virtualbox.org/download/oracle_vbox.asc -O- | apt-key add -
Atualize o apt.
apt update
Verifique as versões disponíveis e escolha a que deseja instalar.
apt search virtualbox-
