OpenSong 3.4.5 Beta

O ramo 3.X.X recebeu muitas correções e melhorias, confira todas até a 3.4.5 no quadro abaixo.

Versão 3.4.5 * Reset attributes on settings windows to disable ability to resize these dialogs. * Remove doubled code in ActionSongMove that messed up the list of songs and caused an OutOfBoundsException in certain cases. * Corrected issue in setting folder location for a song after a move that prevented the song from being selected afterward if in All Folders view. -= 3.4.4 =- * Correct the word wrapping issue created by not properly merging changes from the trunk. * Revert PresentWindow to regular document style instead of the floating window style. Floating Window does not register as an independent window and created issues for Zoom users while not resolving the issue the change was intended to address. -= 3.4.3 =- * Fix an issue where the path separator was not properly inserted after the path in a Set file. Add a sanity check in FolderDB. * Add an option to omit the word hyphenation in HTML export. * Correct an issue that would put the print formatter into an infinite loop when printing a set list with a custom slide that contained a line starting with a number. * Get smarter about handling the logo and logo mask. If the logo set in PresentSettings has an alpha channel, set the mask automatically. If the dimensions do not match, display an error and clear the mask. * On Windows, if the external program to be executed is not an executable (.exe or .com), use the ShellExecute API instead of CreateProcess to launch with the default "open" program for the file type. * Avoid NOE in MainSettings if Backgrounds folder parent does not exist. * Add spacing to Song/Scripture controls on MainWindow so some languages are less likely to truncate/overflow. * Minor fix on FontFace: don't default to System. * Remove unused variables in SFontCanvas. * Cache the Bible filename and Bible name to avoid XML processing overhead on every call to EnableMenuItems. * Incorporate change on SButton for flicker reduction from trunk. * Scripture Picker now resizes the book name lists when growing the dialog box horizontally and does not place the splitter in the wrong place when resizing. * Get smarter handling fonts that do not exist. Linux Mint, Ubuntu, and Raspberry Pi OS all seem to install Noto Sans by default, but provide some fallbacks. Windows and macOS both are supposed to have Arial. If not, Times New Roman is also common between them. * Only show the slide controls in Scripture Picker when actually presenting. * Fix minor issue in localization files where labels were not set correctly in PresentationHelper after controls were made children of page panels. * Don't try to call into the NDI library on macOS with Apple Silicon since the library is currently Intel only. * Fix issues with scripture selection. * Default writing the Bible index to the Scripture folder under the user's selected documents area. Look for Bibles and index files in the Scriptures folder by the application executable file, "OpenSong Scriptures" in the documents area, and "Scriptures" in the documents area. * Convert BiblePassage to immutable reference for book, chapter, verses. * Move song backgrounds to a separate panel in the Song Editor. Reorder fields on the main page to better reflect the relative importance of each field. * Relative links to images were returned as absolute links, creating issues if a song file was created on one system and moved to another with different paths. * Trap and log errors loading images when converting a Song to a Set item instead of crashing the program. * Fixed an issue where the implicit instance of PresentWindow was being created during the start of MainWindow. That created a situation where it could be left "hanging around" after MainWindow closed, resulting in the program never exiting but with no visible windows. ImplicitInstance = True strikes again. * Changed the "format" parameter in REST API calls to assume the parameter value has been URL encoded to prevent mis-interpreting nested folders of the form "folder1/folder2". * Improved support for Zephania XML Bibles: - non-Scripture text is suppressed (like study notes, grammar notes, cross references - captions, remarks, prologs and the like no longer cause the full text search to point to the wrong verse * Open Song now tries to read the Bible identifier from the Bible file. Open Song used to use the filename as the identifier until now, and continues to do so, if no identifier is found in the file, however the file extension is no longer included. This identifier is displayed in the version pop up, and used in Scripture references, and in Scripture slide subtitles. An identifier may be included in Zephaniah XML Bibles (in the Identifier element in the INFORMATION section) and Bibles in the Open Song format with NAB extensions (in the sn attribute of the root bible element). For Zephaniah XML Bibles, the file is only inspected, if the filename contains an '_'-character, which files do that are downloaded from SourceForge, or from the site the official schema documentation page at http://bgfdb.de/zefaniaxml/bml/ points to. This gives you a chance to give it an identifier according to your liking without editing it, just by renaming the file. This feature requires all Bible modules to be opened on startup. If you have many Bibles installed, and it takes too long during startup, you can disable this feature in the preferences.plist file. Set /scripture/xml/use_filename to True. There's no UI for this at the moment. * Changes have been made to Scripture fulltext index. - identifying words has changed. Word parts are no longer fused where punctuation without whitespace separated them. This afects hyphenated words, which now can be found by their individual parts. This also affects words with apostrophe, such as in English genitive. - some typographic punctuation characters are no longer treated as part of a word. - for Zephaniah XML Bibles, some entries might have pointed to the wrong verse You should delete the old index files, so Open Song will generate new, improved ones. If your Scripture folder is still below the program folder, please run Open Song "As Administrator" on Windows in order to re-generate the indexes. Or you might want to move the Scripture folder to Open Song's documents folder, for easier access. * Scripture live display did not respect Max characters per slide setting when advancing the selection in the From Verse listbox. The position in the From verse listbox was always advanced by Verses per slide, regardless. Fixed. In the title the passage was updated each time a new chunk was displayed. The Passage now is remembered and highlighted in the verses listboxes The position in the From verse listbox is no longer updated when the last verse of the passage is being displayed. This way, if more than one verse was displayed on the last slide of the passage, and the enter key (or the button Insert) is hit again, the display does no change to only show the last verse of the passage. Changes in the Max characters per slide setting now become active with the next Insert, even without closing and reopening the Scripture Lookup window. * Add support in REST API to return a song in the Set XML format instead of the Song XML format. * Work around an apparent bug in the XML library that creates an invalid internal representation of the DOM when cloning using XML methods. This manifested as an element with an attribute count near 2^32 when the actual count was actually 1. * Add support in REST API for returning the "current" slide in addition to a slide by number in /presentation/slide. Also adds support for slide formats. format:vmix will return abbreviated content with just the title, subtitle, and body; other formats "native" & "v2" will return the full content as previously. If not specified, "native" is the default. If format:vmix and slide/current, the content will reflect the presented content (none if Black, White, Logo modes; presented slide instead of selected slide if Frozen mode). * Allocate a larger picture cache for presentation if the presentation screen/window is smaller than 1920x1080 (FHD). This improves the quality of the NDI output. * Add support for saving an XML file with the slide text in a user-specified location (changed in the Main Settings window). This allows vMix to pick up the text and format it differently than the OpenSong slide. * Several changes and fixes for Bible reference lookup. Among them - allow verses in the hundreds - allow book abbreviations shorter than 3 characters - relax format constraints and allow (some) international reference formats * allow dot and/or spaces between book ordinal and book name (e.g. 2. Pet) * allow one of the following characters as separator between chapter and verse: whitespace, ':' ',' ';' '.'. Also allow whitespace around the separator * allow different types of dashes as a range denominator between verses (e.g. minus, n-dash, m-dash, ...). - allow references to partial verses such as Ge 1:4b. These match exactly, if your bible has such verses, otherwise they match the whole verse * Change the behaviour of an External slide of type Application when set to "Wait for external application to finish before continuing". - the presentation helper stays on the item until the external application closes - when you navigate away from the item in the presentation helper, the external application is terminated - On Windows, when you want to run a batch script, you must now specify cmd.exe as the executable and start parameters with "/c" * In set list reports (Order of Service), the items are drawn with simple text, without a surrounding box. Their names are properly preserved and no longer occasionally replaced by or augmented with song section names. * allow a column break marker in the first line of a song. This way you can request two columns print layout without having to add a column break somewhere within the lyrics. * Printing songs from a set prints the custom presentation order if defined * Added several options to control which elements get printed on a lead sheet report * The print settings accessed from the print preview window are local to this window. They default to the global settings on opening the window and are discarded on closing it. * Page Setup in Printer Settings is done by way of the operating system's page setup dialog * Printer settings are saved to preferences. For portable installations they are specific to a particular computer (distinguished by name) and operating system. * Changes to Activity Log: - Search enabled. - Date filter allows empty bounds. - Export uses file save dialog, rather than folder selection dialog. - Drastic speed improvements for long logs. * clicking on next slide preview advances to next slide * Print preview now can be zoomed with Ctrl + Mouse Wheel and with Ctrl + '+'/'-' * Enhanced keyboard support in print preview window for navigating through pages and scrolling on the page * Initial support for the NDI video protocol. OpenSong will register as an NDI sender when presenting. The size of the window for the initial implementation is the same as the window used for the presentation. * Images resized to fit body area honor header and footer size properly * Changed the way margins are taken into account while drawing title, subtitle and body area. Please check exusting slides using margins diffenet from 0. * Allow negative margins to allow more control of e.g. image positioning on slides * The song selection window no longer closes and opens between selections when adding songs to sets. * Add song title search support in song editor window. * Add support for user-definable root for backgrounds separate from the Backgrounds folder of the OpenSong documents folder. * Add right-click support for previewing a picture in the MainWindow image lists. * Sort list of Bibles on ScripturePicker (shows up unsorted on macOS using APFS file system. -= Version 3.0.0 =- * Add menu specific to the SongPicker that only has File/Close and the Edit menu. * Fix issue with keeping the active slide in the control window's slide list. * Find Song window shortcuts updated to use Command+F/G on Macintosh instead of Control+F/G as on other platforms. * Fix issue with inserting scripture in a set where the Add button was not being shown on the ScripturePicker. * Internal changes for font handling * Sort list of translation languages on the Settings page * Sanity check on margins in the Slide Style * Extensive adjustments to window layouts for readability on all platforms. * Update base window controls for HiDPI (e.g., Retina) displays. * Internal change for file handling (AbsolutePath -> NativePath). * Protect against a fatal error when retrieving the list of available Bibles. * Show Preview of External slide in "Next slide preview" if a preview picture exists * change treatment of Mode during presentation of external slide: restore OpenSong's presentation window if anything but Normal is selected * Snapshots will be be saved as PNG images if .png-extension is given in the filename pattern in setup, otherwise JPEG is used, as before. * Style background 'Position' renamed to Scaling. This setting now has new options: Cover, Contain, Fill, and None. They are patterned according to CSS's background-position. The old Center method behaved peculiar when used with Trim Bottom. Therefore, this option is retained for old sets and settings that used it. * Save accidental type for capo chords in song * On Windows VLC receives media file as URL in order to work around problems with Unicode filenames. * On Windows VLC supports variable %D which gets replaced by the display device name such as \\.\DISPLAY2; The number at the end of this name does not correspond to the display number available through variable %d. * If a VLC slide is set to "wait for playback to finish before continuing to next slide", navigating to a different slide now ends playback * Work around issue with TextArea.LineNumAtCharPos returning inconsistent results on the three platforms. * Return correct EOL for macOS in SmartML.Newline; convert to computed property. * New option in song editor, main menu Edit, and context menu of lyrics edit field: "Interleave lines". This is enabled if several whole lines are selected. The selected lines will be split into two blocks and the lines will be reordered so that lines are taken from the blocks alternatingly. You can insert a song section from two languages each, then select both, and this function will arrange the lines as required by the bilingual function. * Bilingual song sections can be marked with (L) behind the section marker, e.g. [V1](L). This makes specifying presentation order more concise, as the bilingual marker is no longer part of the section name. The old style of making sections bilingual by adding "L" to the end of the section name is now deprecated. Please change your section headers to the new style, and don't forget to change presentation order along with it. * HTML exports supports bilingual songs with extra font for 2nd language * Recursive HTML export appends folder name to HTML file name in order to avoid name conflicts * You can place a customized style.css file as default in the OpenSong Documents>/Settings folder, which then is used instead of the original file at OpenSong Application>/OpenSong Settings/style.css. * Small fixes to print layout * Bars can now be used in chord lines for instrumental sections. They may distort spacing if used over lyric lines. * Print support for bilingual songs including font settings * Preview area can be resized in Scripture picker window * Find song window uses Command+F/G on Macintosh to follow macOS UI guidelines. * The "Add" button shows properly when adding scripture to a set. * Warning in margins editor when margins are unreasonably large * When in Presentation mode, monitor the position of the presentation window. If it changes due to a monitor being disconnected, move it to the original position if the same monitor is reconnected. * Profiler can be activated from the command line for diagnostic purposes: command line option --profiler * Fix incorrect formatting of subtitles for songs affected by a custom style * Updated and corrected Turkish translation (use proper technical musical and computer terminology) (thanks WolfHawke) * Extend notifications via (websocket) API: Include reason for notification and send a notification upon song insertion (support-requests #218) * Fix OpenSong API command for inserting songs: Accept comma-separated list in song order argument (support-requests #218) * Fix many UI layout issues on Linux (add modGTK3 for support) * Show default captions if translation is missing * Add options to load last used set and song folder on startup in General Settings * Save the name of the set and load that set when switching to Sets mode. * Add right-click menu options to the song list for common actions. * Add new presentation option to use an empty lyric line as a slide change (like using "||" on the line). This mimics the behavior of EasyWorship and other worship presentation utilities. * Fix issue where slide body text would get wrapped twice resulting in poor visual appearance including text out of slide boundary. * Internal changes to accommodate changes in Xojo language as of Xojo 2018r3.
